Consistent experience, keeps me coming back

This was my third time subscribing to Melodics, I keep renewing my annual plan. I originally started with the hip hop drumming and now I'm getting into the jazz piano basics. The quality of the lessons and the app's performance has been consistently good across all my subscriptions. It connects easily with my different controllers. Their guided learning paths are a big reason I stick with them; they keep me on track. I know what to expect and they always deliver. It's reliable.

Solid learning platform, some minor issues

I signed up for the annual subscription to Melodics to improve my finger drumming skills. Ordering was straightforward on their website, and I received my confirmation email quickly. The desktop app downloaded without issues. The interactive drum lessons are well-designed and the performance feedback software is genuinely useful for identifying areas to improve. I also tried some of the synth tutorials, which were surprisingly comprehensive. My only minor gripe is that sometimes the MIDI mapping tools can be a bit finicky to get just right with my older controller, but once set up, it works fine. Overall, a very positive experience, and I'm seeing real progress.

Useful for practice, delivery was quick

I bought a subscription for the electronic drum kit lessons. The app is pretty good for daily practice routines. I liked the syncopation drills. It made learning fun, like a game. The free trial let me check it out first, which was nice. I wish they had more advanced rock drumming fundamentals, but what's there is solid. I was able to download the app and start practicing almost instantly after signing up. The overall experience was smooth.

Love the beatmaking practice!

I'm so glad I found Melodics! I was looking for something to help with beatmaking practice and their pad controller tutorials are fantastic. The gamified learning experience makes it super engaging, I can spend hours just practicing. My rhythm training has improved so much! I'm definitely going to continue my subscription. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get better at music production!

Good for piano basics

I tried the piano technique courses. It was simple to set up with my MIDI keyboard. The lessons were clear and helped with finger placement. Good value.
